Following a recruitment campaign for cabin crew our Cabin Services Manager Dean Hull, is pleased to announce that after three weeks of intensive safety and service training, the successful candidates are now on-board and starting their career as part of the Cello team.
We wish them every success and happy and safe flying, here is a little inside information about each of our new recruits.
Rebecca has a wealth of experience, she has joined us after 11 ½ years as cabin crew at KLM Cityhopper and is local to the Birmingham area. Her continued enthusiasm for the role of cabin crew is apparent.
Rebecca has been watching the progression of Cello over the last few years and grasped the opportunity to join us when a position became available, she has already operated flights on the VIP 146 aircraft.
Also with a wealth of experience Sarah has joined us after 15 years with KLM Cityhopper as an Inflight supervisor. Living in the local area of Wolverhampton Sarah says she wanted to fly for Cello as they are customer focused and strive to go that extra mile. During her time at KLM
Sarah picked up a little of the Dutch language and comes to us highly recommended. So far
She has already operated on the VIP 146 and spent time on the 737–400 which is based in
Charlotte has operated as cabin crew for BMI regional as a single crew member and then for a year with Air Tanker based at Brize Norton. Charlotte has already fitted in well with the rest of the team and spent a month in Ostend on the 737-400, in her own words she hopes to provide a five star service in everything she does.
As our ‘new flyer’ Erica’s experience comes from other areas as a recruitment consultant and as a pre travel sales advisor in the travel industry for TUI, she has also worked in promotions dealing with high profile clients and exhibitors for 10 years. Another local girl living in Coventry she feels her key strengths are that she is a great communicator, organised with a creative mind.
Erica has also operated in Ostend on the 737-400 and her first VIP trip on the 146 aircraft down to Bournemouth.
Donna has completed her ground training with us and, will operate her first flight later this month in June on the146 aircraft. A great flying background she has also come to us from KLM Cityflyer where she spent 15 years service most of which as an Inflight Supervisor. Donna lives with her family in Redditch and is enthusiastic to continue her flying career with Cello.
To most of us here at Cello Aman needs no introduction, she is the daughter of our chairman Raj Gill and Head of Finance for Cello Aviation. Admirably Aman is trying to learn all areas of the business and will eventually spend time in all departments. She took the opportunity to join the cabin crew training course and even whilst dealing with her ever increasing workload managed to pass the course with flying colours. Aman’s first flight will be later this month on the VIP 146 aircraft operating flights between Frankfurt and LeMans. We look forward to seeing her on-board.
